"gpan" is a slang term used to refer to jeans, and "shimokita" is a place in Tokyo were a lot of younger people hang out. "Kengai" refers to her not being able to get a signal on her cellphone, as I'm sure many of you are fimiliar with. What a cute song though! It's obviously about a guy she has been talking to via email on her cellphone, and hasn't met yet (but really wants to). A nice song that in a lot of ways, younger people can relate to.
