| Mikans are actually slightly different than oranges. They are very orange-like, but they're grown in Japan. I guess they are a little bit more like mandarin oranges than they are regular oranges. So that's why I didn't translate "mikan". The place they refer to, "Ehime", is a Japanese prefecture found on the northern part of the island Shikoku. Apparently their mikans are the best!
