Some explanation of the title is required. Think of someone surfing, and just barely staying on their board. However, th roughout the song they're using these surfing analogies to describe rapping. Of course the term "Super Saiyan" refers to transformations in Dragonball Z.
The reference to winning with ice candy involves getting some Japanese ice candy, and seeing something written beneath your candy indicating that you've won (which basically means you've won another candy).
