Information:
This group's name is often abbreviated to "TMGE" or "michelle". The group was formed at Meiji Gakuin University in 1991 (though their major label debut was not until 1996). The members at the time were different from the ones the group debuted with, save for Chiba, but the current lineup would form in 1994.

The group would break up in 2003. Chiba would go on to form his new group "The Birthday" in 2006. He also began a side-project called ROSSO in 2001 with BLANKEY JET CITY bassist Terui Toshiyuki.
