This is a nickname that was used by famous anime/tokusatsu music composer/performer Kageyama Hironobu. He seems to have used this alias only in some of his performances of tokusatsu/sentai songs. You could say that this name was his segway into anime/tokusatsu music world, as before this, he was more of a standard pop/rock musician.
